2010 Training Prices
NOTICE: Amber isn't currently taking in any new horses for training due to health issues. Please email her at WhisperingRainFarms@hotmail.com for more info.
For breaking, training, and colt starting, we charge $500 for 30 days. A $50 deposit is due when booking to reserve your horse's place. The remaining $450 is due at the end of 30 days.
If your horse just needs a tune-up, we also offer weekly training for $125/week. You can also haul your horse up for the day for $25/hr.
If you would like for your horse to stay longer than 30 days, the fee will be due at the end of each 30 day period.
We ask that you provide you own feed and hay. We can provide our own hay and feed for an additional charge. Contact us for more details.
We will provide boarding with water access at all times. We feed twice a day, morning and night.
Negative Coggins and proof of current vaccines (including tetanus) required.
Riding Lessons
NOTICE: We are currently only giving lessons to students on their own, provided horses. You can haul to us or email WhisperingRainFarms@hotmail.com to inquire about having Amber travel to your farm to work with you and your horse.
Riding lessons are $25 per session. Each session lasts no less than 1hr.
We specialize in beginners and people who have lost their confidence.
You will be taught the basics of horse care and riding. Whether you have your own horse already, or just wanting to make sure horse riding is for you, give us a call and set up your first lesson.
Helmets are suggested and available for all students to wear at their discretion.
